Youbooks Edtech Pte Ltd (“The Company”) provides book writing, Publishing and Sales platform for kids aged 6+ years on its platform ,https://www.youbooks.ai referred to as “Portal”

Authors (“Users”) can register on the portal through their guardians or parents who are 18 years of old in age. The Company reserves rights to Disallow a book or Deactivate a User Account at its discretion. It also deserves the right to cancel the order of a book copy/copies received.

The book orders placed by the user are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CANCELLABLE as the books are digitally printed in the ‘Print-on-Demand’ format.

Following are exceptions to the above policy which will result in refund of the book order.

• User access to the Portal is deactivated without pre-information.
• The portal is continuously not available for more than 24 hours without any planned communication.
• The company is not able to deliver the hard OR soft copy of the books ordered by the user in 60 days from completion & publication of the book on the portal
• The Company decides to cancel the order of book copy received.

In case of any of the above, the User shall be refunded 100% of the payment will be issued within 7 days of any of the events listed above.
